Our charges

From our experience we learned that most of customers do prefer to use our bookkeeping services at a fixed fee, allowing them to better budget. We understand that every business is unique so we would need to discuss your requirements before a final quotation can be agreed. Our initial quotation is regularly reviewed every 3-6 months or if any drastic changes in a client's trading pattern arises. We promise there will be no unexpected extras on your invoices and we'll not charge you extra for phone calls / emails you might send us, or we send on your behalf. We are confident that you will find our fees very reasonable. We will always quote a fixed fee prior to carrying out any work for you, there will never be any hidden costs.

Alternatively we can work for you using our per hourly rate which varies from £15 to £28 per hour depending on duration the required & location. All work carried out will be listed individually  on an invoice,
